Genesis 18:27

27And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to SPEAK unto YHVH, which am but dust and ashes:

Genesis 18:30-32

 30And he said unto him, Oh let not YHVH be angry, and I will SPEAK: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.  31And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to SPEAK unto YHVH: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's SAKE.  32And he said, Oh let not YHVH be angry, and I will SPEAK yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's SAKE.

Genesis 24:15

 15And it came to pass, before he had done SPEAKING, that, behold, Rebekah came out, who was born to Bethuel, son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham's brother, with her pitcher upon her shoulder.

Genesis 24:33

 33And there was set meat before him to eat: but he said, I will not eat, until I have told mine errand. And he said, SPEAK on.

 24And Elohim came to Laban the Syrian in a dream by night, and said unto him, Take heed that thou SPEAK not to Jacob either good or bad.

Genesis 31:29

 29It is in the power of my hand to do you hurt: but the El of your father spake unto me yesternight, saying, Take thou heed that thou SPEAK not to Jacob either good or bad.

Genesis 32:4

Exodus 5:23

 23For since I came to Pharaoh to SPEAK in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all.

Exodus 16:12

 12I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: SPEAK unto them, saying, At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am YHVH your Elohim.

Exodus 19:6

 6And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt SPEAK unto the children of Israel.

Exodus 19:9

 9And YHVH said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I SPEAK with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto YHVH.

Exodus 20:19

 19And they said unto Moses, SPEAK thou with us, and we will hear: but let not Elohim SPEAK with us, lest we die.

Exodus 23:2

 2Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou SPEAK in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

 22But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I SPEAK; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

Exodus 25:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

Exodus 28:3

 3And thou shalt SPEAK unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.

 31And thou shalt SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

 13SPEAK thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am YHVH that doth sanctify you.

Exodus 32:12

 12Wherefore should the Egyptians SPEAK, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.

Exodus 34:33-35

 33And till Moses had done SPEAKING with them, he put a vail on his face.  34But when Moses went in before YHVH to SPEAK with him, he took the vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.  35And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the vail upon his face again, until he went in to SPEAK with him.

Leviticus 1:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto YHVH, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock.

Leviticus 4:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of YHVH concerning things which ought not to be done, and shall do against any of them:

Leviticus 6:25

 25SPEAK unto Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin offering: In the place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before YHVH: it is most holy.

Leviticus 7:23

 23SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat.

Leviticus 7:29

 29SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace offerings unto YHVH shall bring his oblation unto YHVH of the sacrifice of his peace offerings.

Leviticus 9:3

 3And unto the children of Israel thou shalt SPEAK, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

Leviticus 11:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that are on the earth.

Leviticus 12:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.

Leviticus 15:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.

Leviticus 16:2

 2And YHVH said unto Moses, SPEAK unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.

Leviticus 17:2

 2SPEAK unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them; This is the thing which YHVH hath commanded, saying,

Leviticus 18:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am YHVH your Elohim.

Leviticus 19:2

 2SPEAK unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I YHVH your Elohim am holy.

Leviticus 21:1

 1And YHVH said unto Moses, SPEAK unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:

Leviticus 21:17

 17SPEAK unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his Elohim.

Leviticus 22:2

 2SPEAK unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my HOLY NAME in those things which they hallow unto me: I am YHVH.

Leviticus 22:18

 18SPEAK unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings which they will offer unto YHVH for a burnt offering;

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of YHVH, which ye shall PROCLAIM to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.

Leviticus 23:10

 10SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

Leviticus 23:24

 24SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Leviticus 23:34

 34SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto YHVH.

Leviticus 24:15

 15And thou shalt SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his Elohim shall bear his sin.

Leviticus 25:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a Sabbath unto YHVH.

Leviticus 27:2

 2SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for YHVH by thy estimation.

Numbers 5:6

 6SPEAK unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against YHVH, and that person be guilty;

 12SPEAK unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,

 8With him will I SPEAK MOUTH to MOUTH, even apparently, and not in dark SPEECHes; and the similitude of YHVH shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to SPEAK against my servant Moses?

 15Now if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of thee will SPEAK, saying,

 38And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to say any thing? the word that Elohim putteth in my MOUTH, that shall I SPEAK.

 5And YHVH put a word in Balaam's MOUTH, and said, Return unto Balak, and thus thou shalt SPEAK.

 12And he answered and said, Must I not take heed to SPEAK that which YHVH hath put in my MOUTH?

 13If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of YHVH, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what YHVH saith, that will I SPEAK?

Numbers 27:7-8

 7The daughters of Zelophehad SPEAK right: thou shalt surely give them a possession of an INHERITANCE among their father's brethren; and thou shalt cause the INHERITANCE of their father to pass unto them.  8And thou shalt SPEAK unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then ye shall cause his INHERITANCE to pass unto his daughter.

 26For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living Elohim SPEAKING out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?  27Go thou near, and hear all that YHVH our Elohim shall say: and SPEAK thou unto us all that YHVH our Elohim shall SPEAK unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.

Deuteronomy 5:31

 31But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will SPEAK unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

Deuteronomy 9:4

 4SPEAK not thou in thine heart, after that YHVH thy Elohim hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my RIGHTEOUSNESS YHVH hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations YHVH doth drive them out from before thee.

Deuteronomy 11:2

 2And know ye this day: for I SPEAK not with your children which have not known, and which have not seen the chastisement of YHVH your Elohim, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his stretched out arm,

Deuteronomy 11:19

 19And ye shall teach them your children, SPEAKING of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

Deuteronomy 18:18-20

 18I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his MOUTH; and he shall SPEAK unto them all that I shall command him.  19And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall SPEAK in my name, I will require it of him.  20But the prophet, which shall presume to SPEAK a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to SPEAK, or that shall SPEAK in the name of other elohim, even that prophet shall die.

Deuteronomy 20:2

 2And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and SPEAK unto the people,

 5And the officers shall SPEAK unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.

 7So the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah SPEAKING these words in the house of YHVH.  8Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of SPEAKING all that YHVH had commanded him to SPEAK unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people took him, saying, Thou shalt surely die.

Jeremiah 26:15

 15But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent BLOOD upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth YHVH hath sent me unto you to SPEAK all these words IN YOUr ears

Jeremiah 27:9

 9Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which SPEAK unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:

Jeremiah 27:14

 14Therefore hearken not unto the words of the prophets that SPEAK unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

Jeremiah 28:7

 7Nevertheless hear thou now this word that I SPEAK in thine ears, and in the ears of all the people;

 24Thus shalt thou also SPEAK to Shemaiah the Nehelamite, saying,

Jeremiah 32:4

 4And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall SPEAK with him MOUTH to MOUTH, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;

Jeremiah 34:2-3

 2Thus saith YHVH, the Elohim of Israel; Go and SPEAK to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus saith YHVH; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire:  3And thou shalt not escape out of his hand, but shalt surely be taken, and delivered into his hand; and thine eyes shall behold the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he shall SPEAK with thee MOUTH to MOUTH, and thou shalt go to Babylon.

Jeremiah 35:2

 2Go unto the house of the Rechabites, and SPEAK unto them, and bring them into the house of YHVH, into one of the chambers, and give them wine to drink.

Jeremiah 35:14

 14The words of Jonadab the son of Rechab, that he commanded his sons not to drink wine, are performed; for unto this day they drink none, but obey their father's commandment: notwithstanding I have spoken unto you, rising early and SPEAKING; but he hearkened not unto me.

Jeremiah 38:4

 4Therefore the princes said unto the king, We beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in SPEAKING such words unto them: for this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.

Jeremiah 38:20

 20But Jeremiah said, They shall not deliver thee. Obey, I beseech thee, the voice of YHVH, which I SPEAK unto thee: so it shall be well unto thee, and thy soul shall live.

Jeremiah 38:27

 27Then came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and asked him: and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. So they left off SPEAKING with him; for the matter was not perceived.

Jeremiah 39:16

 16Go and SPEAK to Ebed-melech the Ethiopian, saying, Thus saith YHVH of hosts, the Elohim of Israel; Behold, I will bring my words upon this city for evil, and not for good; and they shall be accomplished in that day before thee.

 1And it came to pass, that when Jeremiah had made an end of SPEAKING unto all the people all the words of YHVH their Elohim, for which YHVH their Elohim had sent him to them, even all these words,

 1And he said unto me, SON OF MAN, stand upon thy feet, and I will SPEAK unto thee.

Ezekiel 2:7

 7And thou shalt SPEAK my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.

Ezekiel 3:1

 1Moreover he said unto me, SON OF MAN, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go SPEAK unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL.

Ezekiel 3:4

 4And he said unto me, SON OF MAN, go, get thee unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, and SPEAK with my words unto them.

Ezekiel 3:10-11

 10Moreover he said unto me, SON OF MAN, all my words that I shall SPEAK unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears.  11And go, get thee to them of the captivity, unto the children of thy people, and SPEAK unto them, and tell them, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.

Ezekiel 3:27

 27But when I SPEAK with thee, I will open thy MOUTH, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

Ezekiel 11:5

 5And the Spirit of YHVH fell upon me, and said unto me, SPEAK; Thus saith YHVH; Thus have ye said, O HOUSE OF ISRAEL: for I know the things that come into your mind, every one of them.

Ezekiel 12:25

 25For I am YHVH: I will SPEAK, and the word that I shall SPEAK shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for IN YOUr days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Sovereign YHVH.

Ezekiel 14:4

 4Therefore SPEAK unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; Every man of the HOUSE OF ISRAEL that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I YHVH will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;

Ezekiel 17:2

 2SON OF MAN, put forth a riddle, and SPEAK a parable unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL;

Ezekiel 20:3

 3SON OF MAN, SPEAK unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; Are ye come to inquire of me? As I live, saith the Sovereign YHVH, I will not be inquired of by you.

Ezekiel 20:27

 27Therefore, SON OF MAN, SPEAK unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, and say unto them, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.

Ezekiel 20:49

 49Then said I, Ah, Sovereign YHVH! they say of me, Doth he not SPEAK parables?

Ezekiel 24:21

 21SPEAK unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom ye have left shall fall by the sword.

Ezekiel 24:27

 27In that day shall thy MOUTH be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt SPEAK, and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am YHVH.

Ezekiel 29:3

 3SPEAK, and say, Thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.

Ezekiel 31:2

 2SON OF MAN, SPEAK unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness?

Ezekiel 32:21

 21The strong among the mighty shall SPEAK to him out of the midst of hell with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword.

Ezekiel 33:2

 2SON OF MAN, SPEAK to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

Ezekiel 33:8

 8When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not SPEAK to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his BLOOD will I require at thine hand.

Ezekiel 33:10

 10Therefore, O thou SON OF MAN, SPEAK unto the HOUSE OF ISRAEL; Thus ye SPEAK, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?

Ezekiel 33:24

 24SON OF MAN, they that inhabit those wastes of the land of Israel SPEAK, saying, Abraham was one, and he INHERITED the land: but we are many; the land is given us for INHERITANCE.

Ezekiel 33:30

 30Also, thou SON OF MAN, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and SPEAK one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from YHVH.

Ezekiel 37:18

 18And when the children of thy people shall SPEAK unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?

Ezekiel 39:17

 17And, thou SON OF MAN, thus saith the Sovereign YHVH; SPEAK unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink BLOOD.

Ezekiel 43:6

 6And I heard him SPEAKING unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.

Daniel 2:9

 9But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to SPEAK before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof.

Daniel 3:29

 29Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which SPEAK any thing amiss against the Elohim of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other Elohim that can deliver after this sort.

Daniel 7:8

 8I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a MOUTH SPEAKING great thing.

Daniel 7:25

 25And he shall SPEAK great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Daniel 8:13

 13Then I heard one saint SPEAKING, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Daniel 8:18

 18Now as he was SPEAKING with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.

Daniel 9:20-21

 20And whiles I was SPEAKING, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before YHVH my Elohim for the holy mountain of my Elohim;  21Yea, whiles I was SPEAKING in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

Daniel 10:11

 11And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I SPEAK unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.

Daniel 10:19

 19And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my master SPEAK; for thou hast strengthened me.

Daniel 11:27

 27And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall SPEAK lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.

Daniel 11:36

 36And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every el, and shall SPEAK marvellous things against the El of elohim, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

Hosea 2:14

 14Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and SPEAK comfortably unto her.

Habakuk 2:3

 3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall SPEAK, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Zephaniah 3:13

 13The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor SPEAK lies; neither shall a deceitful TONGUE be found in their MOUTH: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

Zechariah 8:16

Zechariah 9:10

Matthew 6:7

 34And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to SPEAK, because they knew him.

 7Why doth this man thus SPEAK blasphemies? who can forgive sins but Elohim only?

Luke 1:22

 29Men and brethren, let me freely SPEAK unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

 25But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but SPEAK forth the words of truth and soberness.  26For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I SPEAK freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.

 5But if our unRIGHTEOUSNESS commend the RIGHTEOUSNESS of YHVH, what shall we say? Is YHVH unRIGHTEOUS who taketh vengeance? (I SPEAK as a man)

Romans 6:19

 19I SPEAK after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to RIGHTEOUSNESS unto holiness.
